Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. When you click "Add to Cart" you are sent to PayPal's secure server to view your order. You can click "Continue Shopping" to return and place more orders, or "Checkout" to proceed with completing your order on PayPal's secure server. Your information is never stored on an insecure server. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Using PayPal doesn't mean you are required to sign up for a PayPal account. You may use credit cards to make your purchase without having a PayPal account (though you will be given the opportunity to create one if you wish to have the convenience). Those who already have PayPal accounts will have their familiar PayPal process.

Once you've made your PayPal payment you will receive your email receipt from PayPal and an immediate email from our site with the download information with an approved transaction. If you do not receive an email from sales @ deedoos-digital-scrapbooking soon after receiving your PayPal notification, be sure to check spam or junk folders as your password information may wind up there depending on your service provider.

Those paying by e-check will have to wait the two or three days it takes for the transaction to be approved before the email notification for downloading files is sent.

Obviously, there can be no refund after downloads. However, if you have problems with the process contact us immediately. Be sure to include your PayPal ID or Transaction ID with any correspondence regarding your order, or we won't be able to help with any questions regarding the purchase.

Terms of Use

The pages are all high resolution 300ppi jpegs and the elements are 300dpi pngs suitable for quality printing. However, these elements and kits are copyrighted and cannot be used for resale in whole or part - including free kits and elements. You may incorporate these elements into your own personal designs, but you are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the elements or kits for re-use by others. These elements and kits can not be used for corporate purposes unless given permission by the artist. In some instances, an additional license fee may apply.

300ppi

There is much discussion about what the industry standard is for digital scrapbooking. We believe it is worth the slightly larger file sizes to provide the higher ppi elements. Our digital kits and elements can be moderately resized up or down without loss of quality. The majority of the digital scrapbooking designers also adhere to 300ppi, so our kits and elements can more easily be used with other kits and elements by remaining at 300ppi as well.

Get Published and Receive Credit!

Get published using any kit or element you have purchased from DeeDoo's Digital Scrapbooking (free kits and newsletter downloads excluded) and receive $15 of credit to products at DeeDoo's! Credit in the published layout should include product name and Janet Parrish of www.deedoos-digital-scrapbooking.com . Send the magazine name and a scan of the magazine page containing the layout within 30 days of publication to: sales@deedoos-digital-scrapbooking.com to receive information on how to redeem your credit.

Privacy

We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

Our site's registration form asks users to give us contact information, like their name and email address, and unique identifiers. We use customer contact information from the registration form to periodically send the user information about our products. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by choosing to un-register.

Please Note: If you are using FDM (Free Download Manager), you will need to disable it to download. There is a serious bug in FDM that causes major server issues and it has been banned. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
